resistant reader
at the library i took out a book of rimbaud poems and saw that the previous reader had some problems with the text. they had crossed many words out and written hostile comments in the margins. POSER they said on one page, FAKER on the next. the entire third page was crossed out. TRYHARD they said. by page four they had quit the book. clearly it was not for them.
